A Professional Boutique Fitness Studio, featuring:
- Top-of-the-line fitness equipment, including Matrix, Tuff Stuff, Stages Indoor Group Cycles
- Extensive results-oriented small group training programs
- Outstanding personal training, injury prevention and post rehabilitation programs
- Nutritional counseling and fitness assessments
- Complete free-weight training area, heavy weightlifting platform, and Merrithew/Stott Pilates Apparatus
Personal Training:
Our comprehensive personal training program begins with a complimentary goals/objectives session, a Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and the design of and performance of your specific personal training program in studio. The investment is $100.00 for these three components.
Following the initial personal training session described above, all subsequent session investments are $100.00 per session.

Lakewood Fitness is owned and operated by Jacqueline Wright, a 40-year health and fitness professional who holds a B.S. in Health, Fitness, and Recreation Resources from George Mason University, both group exercise and personal training certifications from American Council on Exercise as well as several other fitness industry certifications. She has taught, trained, managed, and coached thousands of clients all over the globe and is excited to share her lifelong passion for health and fitness with you!
